Then selection and vetting of tenants, preparation of lease agreements and ensuring that during the tenancy, terms of the lease are followed and adhered to by both parties.
Depending on the lessor’s instructions arrange for any payments on behalf of the landlord e.g. rates, Insurance premiums, bond repayments from the rent account. Besides, the service insures that properties under our management are well maintained and kept in an excellent state of repair. On the expiry of a lease, we make necessary arrangements to renew the lease Agreement and negotiate new rental levels- matching the prevailing rates or find new occupants if lease is not to be renewed for the tenant currently. Through constant / regular communication with the Lessor, make suitable recommendations regarding the property, the lease terms and the prevailing rental rates.
